I first heard about being an entrepreneur in a line of my friends. I asked him to work and that’s what he said to me, frankly I do not have an idea about their work, unless it is through the Internet. When I got home, I searched some sites and I discovered what it means to an employer online. Working at home and running a business while it is no surprise to my friend seems to be relaxed and have a lot of time to bond with your family. Have a regular day of work and a family to care for truth is a big challenge for me. The hardest thing is that although I have little time for myself and family, my wage is so minimal that we have to scrape the end of the month just to pay all invoices and our needs. Now what I found on entrepreneurship online awakened my senses, I suddenly had a need to take that route and see if I could succeed in this industry. I took a gamble, literally, from the money to my monthly budget. I had some to take an online course which I found to be receiving good reviews and, of course, a course that could only afford. I have the knowledge, skills, resources and tools to start immediately on line and win because I am a beginner in this field could help me a course. Luckily, I seem to have a bit of luck because if you have a lot of gifts in it. One that immediately was the creation of websites for free. After studying for a few days, I pushed my luck further and applied what he learned to the websites that I have and I think full of luck. In one or two days of work overnight to my website, I was earning ten dollars a day that seems minimal, but a good start. At that rate, it could have back the money you used to sign up for the week. Now a few months after starting my course, I decided to quit my day job. My family was cautious, but I know I made the right choice. If you work at night, I was able to generate 100 to 200 a week, more if I’m going to spend more time on it. Now I have more time to my family and I’m not stressed out to please any boss, I am my own boss now. Sometimes it’s hard to believe that a good course that comes from the Internet, is much more difficult to believe that you can get your income from it. I think we have the right skills and worked for me, of course, perseverance I put in my online business pushing. Despite the lack of sleep will never hesitate to use all the knowledge I have just come to my online business operation. Having all the tools you need and easily available to assist the source, my way to the line of business was quite simple. The only part I have to focus on learning and applying what I learned. I’m not even that of being a successful online entrepreneur, but in time I know I will. I have had success in the bet I made with a course and I’ll learn more and more work, this is my formula for success in this field. |

This is the second article of the series dealing with Biblical Entrepreneurship. In this article we will focus on one of the main components of a Christian businessman. The issue today is service. A business that is based on biblical principles must be based on the service. Focusing on servicing the needs of its clients establish your organization apart from its competitors. To really have a customer-focused business, your company must have a philosophy of ministry. In order to get a clear understanding of ministry, you can model yourself after a great person, Jesus Christ. The ministry of Jesus is the perfect level of customer-focused organization. He ministered to the needs of the people around him. Jesus said in the Gospel according to Luke “I came not to call the righteous but sinners to repentance” (Luke 9:14). From this statement we can extract valuable information that can help us improve our customer service procedures. The first order of business is to determine if there is a demand for the product or service you are offering. Jesus was a product in high demand because people want things that are offered. Jesus said he came to call sinners to repentance. He knew that the primary need of the sinner was to connect to God and the only way is through repentance. Jesus had a single message (the Gospel of the Kingdom), with a customer-centric product (salvation). The beginning of your customer service experience must begin with the needs of his client. Discipline in the business of marketing, the need for a customer is two fold. A consumer and real needs. A real need for water is because our body must have water so they do not become dehydrated. A need is your desire to drink flavored sparkling water. The first is a necessity and the latter is a choice. Employers should bear this in mind, since they are building their unique selling proposition. The next step to a great customer service is accessibility. Ask, “How accessible is my product to my customers?” Accessibility is an issue of availability. Your product should be easily available to compete in the market. Jesus understood the concept of accessibility. He said his message and the product was available. Jesus said that He came to earth for sinners. He placed himself in an area where one could easily find the sinners in their midst. The product or service your organization has to be made available at distribution points where your potential customers to purchase their products. The last component is the reliability. Reliability focuses on a company’s ability to fulfill the promises he has made about your product on the market. The organization must be capable of producing a quality product when purchasing. Jesus knew he was capable of fulfilling its promise of salvation to its customers. He understood that if people repent of their sins that God repented accept your heart and make them a part of His family. The credibility of your organization based on its ability to fulfill the promises made to potential customers. Christians must understand that business is focused on the needs of its clients catapult your organization to world class status. This is done by the ministry in a specific section on the market, and ensuring that products and services are easily accessible to potential customers. The last step is to market and distribute quality products that the company can consistently deliver to consumers. If the desire is to create a loyal customer, a company must build processes and procedures that produce products that match customer needs. Stephen D. In this paper I will explore the importance of innovation and creative effort in Asia which leads to entrepreneurship. Also analyze how the entrepreneurial spirit and new ideas, the heir to the ideas, establish new businesses that add value to the Asian society. If creativity is the seed that inspires entrepreneurship, innovation is the process of entrepreneurship. Enterpreneurers often thought to be “inspired” people, and perhaps are, but more importantly, we recognize that often the changes and opportunities that may arise from a dynamic world. Innovation is an important factor in the ability of each business leader. Is defined as the process of doing new things. Therefore, it is often the active translation of a creative idea into a new product, service or technology. Drukers writes that “… innovation is the means by which the entrepreneur either creates new wealth-producing resources or endows existing resources with the greatest potential for wealth creation.” It seems worthwhile to explain the difference between innovation and invention. Innovation is the process of doing new things. It is important to recognize that innovation implies action, not just new ideas. When people have gone through the lights and verification stages of creativity, you may have become inventors. The difference between inventors and innovators is that inventors are not limited to those who create new products. They include those who identify new technological processes, new forms of plant life, and new designs. Each of these indecent, may lead to new patents. However, to get an idea of value, it must be shown to be useful or commercial, and to either state, the idea should be developed. Innovation is the process of development. Is the translation of an idea into an application. Analytically requires persistence in developing the design details of the product or service, to develop marketing, obtaining finance, the process involves obtaining the materials and skills of manufacturing, staffing operations, and the establishment of an organization. |
