Adventure is a new dynamic theory in the construction of equipment, which includes all the benefits of outdoor activities with insights from psychology and communication skills. This dynamic can help create a shared corporate vision, to join a new team, revitalizing an existing one, dealing with conflict, among many other topics and situations.
Appreciative inquiry can make a difference in how people perceive the organization to which they belong, but seeks the best of “what is” to help ignite the collective imagination of “what could be.” That said, organizations can become a living based on the hopes and dreams of its people. Teamwork is based on transactional analysis, a modern theory of psychology developed by Eric Berne, where participants used the ideas in real situations to reach a final destination. Communication plays an important role and a collaborative and initiative to complete tasks. From these exercises, teams are able to understand how thought and communication can work to lead to failure or success. These activities can also contribute to modify the behavior of the potential team, acquiring skills and understanding of workplace communication and internal relations can be transformed. |
