The ranking is both affirming and inspiring.” Recently, the college ranked #12 in undergraduate international business in U.S.News and World Report’s 2010 rankings and 11th on GetEducated.com’s list of affordable, regionally accredited online bachelor of business administration (BBA) programs nationwide. In 2009, when BusinessWeek ranked schools by specialty in an online listing, the college was in the top 20 in the nation in two areas: 9th in operations management and 18th in accounting. Both FIU Business programs achieved the highest position among universities in Florida. In operations management, FIU’s program ranked ahead of University of Florida (28th), University of South Florida (62nd) and University of Miami (85th). The School of Accounting surpassed University of Florida at 44th, University of Miami at 57th and University of South Florida at 90th.
