One of the most important components of weight loss should be the diet that is sustainable throughout their life. Four diets that have stood the test of time are the Mediterranean, South Beach, Atkins and Zone diets. Mediterranean One of the most popular diets for weight loss is known as the Mediterranean Diet. The Zone diet has the double advantage of being effective against diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and other health conditions. The foundation of any quality system is its associated documentation. Quality system documentation includes policies, procedures and processes in writing (eg, quality assurance documentation, SOP, etc.) and provides proof that a quality system or do not meet the expectations documented.
