A team is generally defined as a “group of people working toward a common goal.” A good team is said to be a team where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts, and this means that team members are working collaboratively with others. Unfortunately, there are times when the opposite as in the syndrome of Apollo. geniuses here have worked together and the result has been weaker teams less intelligent minds. So while one team is not moving towards a common goal, how well this goal is achieved depends entirely on how well team members work in collaboration with others.
There are several types of equipment and are classified broadly into two groups, namely, permanent teams and temporary teams.
