Our team events are based outdoors in the fantastic setting of Eastnor Castle estate. Our events are goal oriented, attractive and are designed to enhance the development of job skills in the performance of an individual and the team. It is very important to us that the day is rewarding, useful, inclusive, collaborative and fun feeling that the whole world that have achieved a personal goal and the knowledge acquired. From the kitchen to photography, pioneer of communication, from mentally stimulating puzzles giant adrenaline packed with high and low ropes challenges. Wilderness Cooking Take a breath of fresh air and come to a different type of culinary team build day. The ‘kitchen’ is situated in the woods around the castle, where you will learn about outdoor cooking and survival, such as grilling food on a fire, fire pits, stews and fish smoking. The team will work towards a period of three dishes, which will get to enjoy all at the end of the day. The activity is designed to focus on communication skills, leadership, creativity and initiative whist being fun and tasty! Picture Perfect This event uses photography to highlight the importance of teams working together and how each role contributes to the team or organization as a whole. The participants are given cameras and to create a photographic mosaic of the entire team. This requires careful planning and communication, and group management.
