If you really want to succeed in network marketing you need to build a strong team and not just a downline. Stacking only network with new members will not help you achieve financial freedom you are looking for. You need to have a system in place that are inexperienced newcomers in your organization and in turn to the results, intelligent workers who aspire to become leaders.
People do not just go out and duplicate it, they need training and guidance. In reality the concept of duplication is a big lie in multiple similar to that of managing people in the corporate world.
