Outside offer a wide variety of team events and activity days for all those who make most of our exciting outdoor.
Beyond understanding the importance of developing essential skills and improving work team development so the events are designed to generate positive change and make the best of its personnel or equipment.

Outside events are not rigid and fixed, but are very flexible so that the day is always tailored and customized to suit your needs.

Team Building Events

Our creative team events listed below to stimulate your thinking, but are by no means set in stone. We rarely have the same case twice what they tell us the events you like and we will customize a day of activities for you.

Our team events are based outdoors in the fantastic setting of Eastnor Castle estate. Our events are goal oriented, attractive and are designed to enhance the development of job skills in the performance of an individual and the team.

It is very important to us that the day is rewarding, useful, inclusive, collaborative and fun feeling that the whole world that have achieved a personal goal and the knowledge acquired. From the kitchen to photography, pioneer of communication, from mentally stimulating puzzles giant adrenaline packed with high and low ropes challenges.

Wilderness Cooking

Take a breath of fresh air and come to a different type of culinary team build day. The ‘kitchen’ is situated in the woods around the castle, where you will learn about outdoor cooking and survival, such as grilling food on a fire, fire pits, stews and fish smoking.
The production of local origin will be the basis for your team to work in groups to produce a meal in an environment that probably have never experienced before. It is a challenge and skilled group, regardless of how you’re in the kitchen at home, the nature of the kitchen is a ball game and a new challenge.

The team will work towards a period of three dishes, which will get to enjoy all at the end of the day. The activity is designed to focus on communication skills, leadership, creativity and initiative whist being fun and tasty!

Picture Perfect

This event uses photography to highlight the importance of teams working together and how each role contributes to the team or organization as a whole.

The participants are given cameras and to create a photographic mosaic of the entire team. This requires careful planning and communication, and group management. The teams also will face some collaborative work to complete the challenge successfully. It allows a lot of skills to move to the forefront and does not require all participants to be too active. The group will leave with a memento of the day, which will act as a reminder of how a goal can be achieved through close collaboration.

Creative Expression

Set your creativity free with this activity which aims to promote freedom of expression, while the development or improvement of individual and group creativity.

This is not a course in art, but a construction equipment located in the Castle grounds, using natural materials found in the estate to create pieces of art. To be successful the participants must work together in small groups, through planning, using their initiative and managing the flow of ideas. The ultimate challenge is to create a giant as a great picture with just the group of natural materials around them and of course your imagination.

Venue

Relies exclusively on outside Eastnor Castle, situated in the Malvern Hills, an area of natural beauty. The castle offers a place of prestige, high quality meeting facilities, accommodations and dining, all of which creates a special and memorable experience.
The State offers 5000 acres of varied terrain and outside work with the natural topography of the land of the underground and the top of the tree with the activities of everything in between.

Using the environment and the natural elements that are able to create team building days that are invigorating, inspiring and best of all a real break with the city and the office environment.

Although the site is located in the heart of the countryside is just ten minutes from the national motorway network. The Castle is 2 ½ miles east of Ledbury on the A438 Tewkesbury road.
