As team leader, are you inspired, motivated and results-oriented? Perhaps because love is what you’re doing because we are doing what you do – Teamwork. Somewhere along the way he made the decision, which took control of things under control, I met you, your dreams and desires and the price you paid to make your dream a reality by mastering self-discipline and personal leadership. That is what we must build an effective team leader. Are you a team builder? This is not always the case with most team leaders – who do not know how to build teams, because they have not built themselves. Many team leaders are not in control of themselves, are not motivated or inspired oriented results. Team leaders may be unaware of the fact that to lead, inspire and motivate others, you must inspire and motivate them to drive. How can you give something to someone if you do not have it first for you? Creating effective teams is from the inside – out. You need to take an inside-out approach and take inventory. You have to go to work on yourself for yourself before you can get to work in teams. You are the # 1 person in the world. If you can not do it by yourself, how can anyone else do this? These disciplines must be mastered before anything else could dominate, and only then can demonstrate teamwork. Before you create and build a team must know what is going to create one and the expected results. But is the team leader? If you are, you better understand the job description, roles and behaviors of a leader and how to increase the effectiveness of leadership. A leader does not direct, but people develop self-motivated individuals. Do not use a one-on-one, but to build teams that manage more of their own work. A leader also performs many tasks – from being an administrator to be a psychologist, not to mention being the guardian of the baseline. A leader is an enthusiastic, a team builder, a good listener and gives credit to others through recognition and praise, maintain and demonstrate an orientation towards results. To build an effective team requires a lot of features. A team must have a purpose. A team is to define its mission. The team’s mission is something the team intends to do. It is the purpose for which exists in the team determined by team leaders and team members. It is clearly an objective that serves to manage and motivate the team in pursuit of their goals. This is a team to build the discipline needed to inspire a motivated and results-oriented team. The team’s mission is driven by the vision of the organization. The organization offers a vision of a “big picture” perspective that serves to align people, ideas and attitudes. However, it must be communicated to team members so as to inspire you to be part of it. To succeed, the team must align their purpose or mission of the organization’s vision. Each member must have a clear understanding of team goals and what is expected of them. A team is a goal that the team strives to achieve, which directly supports the team’s mission and vision of the organization. Teams are agreed that their programs can direct their energies towards the achievement of tasks. All team members establish effective team goals. When everyone participates in establishing the overall goals of the team and the people on the team have a clear understanding of what is expected and can develop a commitment to work with one another in pursuit of team goals. This is a team to build the discipline needed to inspire a motivated and results-oriented team. In the team should establish a high degree of communication, trust, support and cohesion among members. The team needs to operate under flexible procedures using effective problem solving and decision-making methods. Using the authority in making decisions of a team leader and not in cash. Using a question or better yet, a consensus approach in which everyone has for example, the decision allows greater freedom for team members. This is a team to build the discipline needed to inspire a motivated and results-oriented team. However, there must be something more than freedom. There must be an element of fun. Fun is part of the culture and the team can be created in many ways. One way might be for the team to create a team name and identity that reflects the team’s mission and / or its members. This is a team to build the discipline needed to inspire a motivated and results-oriented team. Team members should know how to run effective meetings using a program, standards, procedures for setting objectives, roles and responsibilities. Effective methods for action planning, monitoring, communication, assessment and monitoring should also be reviewed and established. Each member should also demonstrate personal, interpersonal and task group behavior. This is a team building the disciplines needed to inspire a motivated and results-oriented team. Team members need to be empowered and confident that will work to the extent possible. If so, who are more action-oriented and committed to implementing the plan. Be there to train, not to direct. To allow the failures and lessons learned. The Bottom Line: Demonstrate appropriate behaviors for the development of equipment and monitoring equipment, but also to give everyone the opportunity to participate and to lead. |
