Team building is essentially a process of participation, collaboration and building a team spirit among team members. This sense of team spirit is inculcated among the participants in the team through interactive team exercises and group discussions. Team building is necessary in most of the activity of organized groups, although the scope of modern work is increasingly specialized division of labor and the global market is fed by the communication revolution.

Successful team building requires a series of measures, which include:

1-The first and foremost requirement for the development of equipment is the recruitment or selection of participants. A participant must possess leadership qualities and be a positive at all times.

A combination of theoretical and practical skills ensure the achievement of the targets successfully. People with technical and theoretical knowledge as team members go a long way to reach a solution that benefits everyone. Each member must be assigned a role appropriate to their qualifications or personality. The task assigned to each must be flexible enough to take on new roles or relinquish the above, if necessary. Members must be willing enough to help fellow team and cooperate with them in ensuring the success of the project.

4-A team leader has a major role to play in the overall performance of the team. The leader must have leadership skills for the respect of his team. Construction equipment is likely to suffer from a lack of personality of the positive and effective team leader, who must be able to positively influence the work environment.

5 Besides what has been discussed above, success requires the formation of teams in the team group dynamics, communication skills, conflict management and resolution, setting goals, listening skills and other skills to become effective members participating in a team.
